Robert E. Wheeler, MD, FACEP
Voyager Medical Seminars was founded in 1995 by Robert E. Wheeler, MD to develop and coordinate CME programs for Cruise Ship Medicine. Since that time, VMS has orchestrated five successful conferences at sea. The last conference was in 2002 aboard Royal Caribbean's Voyager of the Seas.

Dr. Wheeler is an Emergency Physician from New Hampshire and is a founding member and current Chairperson for the American College of Emergency Physicians' Section of Cruise Ship and Maritime Medicine. He has been sailing part-time as a Cruise Ship Physician for 20 years.
